Dear Customer,

At Peards Albury customer service is our number one priority and we promise to make every attempt possible to meet your requirements.

When delivering materials in our tipper trucks we are only responsible for tipping materials on your nature strip.

If you require materials tipped at another location on your property i.e. in the backyard or at the top of your driveways etc we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by our vehicle.

Our fully loaded trucks can weigh up to 15 tonnes, which could break concrete or become bogged.

If you make a special request for tipping material anywhere other than on the council strip, then any damage caused and/or lost time will be at your expense. This may include hiring an independent tow company.
